Horseradish sauce

Ingredients

for 2 dl

¼ bunch parsley
180 g sour single cream
1 tbsp grated horseradish in a jar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
  salt and pepper to taste

How it's done

Finely chop the parsley, combine with the sour single cream, horseradish and mustard. Season the sauce.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.
