Horseradish sauce
Ingredients
for 2 dl
¼ bunch | parsley |
180 g | sour single cream |
1 tbsp | grated horseradish in a jar |
1 tsp | Dijon mustard |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Finely chop the parsley, combine with the sour single cream, horseradish and mustard. Season the sauce.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
