Curry sauce
Ingredients
for 2 dl
1 tsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | mild curry powder |
½ tsp | cinnamon |
1 | organic orange, a little grated zest and 3 tbsp of juice |
100 g | crème fraîche |
50 g | mayonnaise |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a pan. Add the curry and cinnamon, then add the orange zest and pour in the juice, bring to the boil, leave to cool. Stir in the crème fraîche and mayonnaise, season.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
