Tartare sauce
Ingredients
for 3 dl
| 100 g | mayonnaise |
| 100 g | sour single cream |
| 1 | hard-boiled egg, finely chopped |
| 1 tbsp | capers, finely chopped |
| ½ | onion, finely chopped |
| 2 | cornichons, finely diced |
| ½ bunch | parsley, finely chopped |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Combine the mayonnaise and all the ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
