Frozen coconut yoghurt
Ingredients
for 4 person
50 g | icing sugar |
1 | lime, 1 tbsp juice |
1 dl | coconut milk |
150 g | Karma Jocos nature |
1 | kiwi, diced |
½ | mango, sliced |
2 | passion fruit, halved, pulp scooped out |
How it's done
Mixture
Combine the yoghurt, icing sugar and lime juice in a large stainless steel bowl. Stir in the coconut milk, cover and freeze for approx. 4 hrs., stirring 3 times.
To decorate
Divide the frozen coconut yoghurt into bowls, top with fruit.
