Ingredients

for 4 person

Dough
pizza dough, rolled into a circle (each approx. 28 cm in diameter)
180 g sour single cream
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
240 g raclette cheese, coarsely grated
red onions, cut into thin slices
pears, thinly sliced
Bake
1 tbsp peppermint, finely chopped
20 g rocket

How it's done

Dough

Place the dough and baking paper on two baking trays, spread the cream on top, season. Top with the cheese, onions and pears.

Bake

Bake for approx. 20 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, garnish with mint and rocket, serve immediately.
