Tarte flambée with raclette cheese and pears
Ingredients
for 4 person
2 | pizza dough, rolled into a circle (each approx. 28 cm in diameter) |
180 g | sour single cream |
1 tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
240 g | raclette cheese, coarsely grated |
4 | red onions, cut into thin slices |
2 | pears, thinly sliced |
1 tbsp | peppermint, finely chopped |
20 g | rocket |
How it's done
Dough
Place the dough and baking paper on two baking trays, spread the cream on top, season. Top with the cheese, onions and pears.
Bake
Bake for approx. 20 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 200°C. Remove from the oven, garnish with mint and rocket, serve immediately.
