Meat patties
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | minced meat (beef) |
2 tbsp | cornflakes |
1 | onion, finely chopped |
2 sprig | parsley, finely chopped |
1 | egg |
1 tsp | salt |
a little | pepper |
oil for frying |
How it's done
Place the mince and cornflakes in a bowl. Finely chop the onions and parsley, add them to the meat along with the egg, season. Knead the mixture well until the ingredients form a compact mass. Shape eight patties. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the patties for approx. 5 mins. on each side.
