Mango & mustard dip
Ingredients
for 4 dl
| 1 | mango |
| 1 tsp | lime juice |
| 1 tbsp | white balsamic vinegar |
| 1 tbsp | coarse-grain mustard |
| 200 g | crème fraîche |
| salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Peel the mango, puree the flesh with the lime juice. Stir in the balsamic, mustard and crème fraîche, season. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
