Avocado dip
Ingredients
for 3 dl
1 | ripe avocado |
½ | organic lemon use grated zest and juice |
½ bunch | coriander |
150 g | plain greek yoghurt plain |
salt and pepper to taste |
How it's done
Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel, mash the flesh with the lemon zest and lemon juice. Finely chop the coriander and stir in along with the yoghurt, season. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
