Coloured chocolate bars
Ingredients
for 500 g
| 200 g | dark chocolate, finely chopped |
| 25 g | unsalted, shelled pistachios, roughly chopped |
| 25 g | cornflakes, crushed |
| 200 g | white chocolate, finely chopped |
| 50 g | dried apricot, roughly chopped |
| 50 g | dried cranberries, roughly chopped |
How it's done
Dark chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour into the prepared tray. Sprinkle the pistachios and Cornflakes over the top, allow to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
White chocolate
Melt the chocolate in a thin-sided bowl over a gently simmering bain-marie, stir until smooth, pour into the second prepared tray. Sprinkle the dried fruit over the top, allow to cool, chill for approx. 1 hr.
