White and dark Toblerone mousse
Ingredients
for 4 person
100 g | white Toblerone |
1 | fresh egg, small |
1 dl | full cream |
100 g | dark Toblerone, plain |
1 tbsp | icing sugar |
1 | fresh egg, small |
1 dl | full cream |
2 tsp | chopped pistachios, to decorate |
How it's done
White mousse
Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl, melt in a bain-marie and stir until smooth. Stir in the egg. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Cover the mixture and chill for approx. 3 hrs.
Dark mousse
Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl, melt in a bain-marie and stir until smooth. Combine the egg and icing sugar and stir into the chocolate. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Cover the mixture and chill for approx. 3 hrs.
To serve
Scoop out the mousse using two tablespoons rinsed in hot water. Plate up and decorate with pistachios.
