Ingredients

for 4 person

apples, coarsely grated
100 g blue and white seedless grapes, halved
50 g pitted date, sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp fine whole-grain rolled oats
2 tbsp soya flakes
50 g almond, roughly chopped
30 g Brazil nuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp maple syrup
180 g plain yoghurt
3 tbsp full-cream milk
a little  plain yoghurt
a little  almonds

How it's done

Mix the apples, grapes, dates and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir in the rolled oats and remaining ingredients.

Garnish the muesli.
