Autumn muesli
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 2 | apples, coarsely grated |
| 100 g | blue and white seedless grapes, halved |
| 50 g | pitted date, sliced |
| 1 tbsp | lemon juice |
| 5 tbsp | fine whole-grain rolled oats |
| 2 tbsp | soya flakes |
| 50 g | almond, roughly chopped |
| 30 g | Brazil nuts, roughly chopped |
| 2 tbsp | maple syrup |
| 180 g | plain yoghurt |
| 3 tbsp | full-cream milk |
| a little | plain yoghurt |
| a little | almonds |
How it's done
Mix the apples, grapes, dates and lemon juice in a bowl. Stir in the rolled oats and remaining ingredients.
Garnish the muesli.
