Ingredients

for 4 person

orange
½  pomegranate
150 g raclette cheese in slices
2 tbsp parsley
3 tbsp herbal wine vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
¾ tsp salt
a little  pepper
head lettuce with hearts ( approx. 320 g)

How it's done

Segment the orange and press out the juice from the remainder of the fruit. Remove the pomegranate seeds and cube the cheese. Finely chop the parsley. In a bowl, mix the orange juice, vinegar and all the other ingredients up to and including the pepper.

Shred the lettuce, combine with the orange, pomegranate seeds, raclette cheese and parsley, then add the dressing.
