Oven-baked rösti
Ingredients
for 4 person
500 g | waxy potatoes, coarsely grated |
250 g | carrots, coarsely grated |
1 | kohlrabi, coarsely grated |
2 | spring onions incl. green parts, cut into rings |
80 g | diced bacon |
½ tsp | salt |
220 g | raclette cheese in slices, cut into strips |
a little | pepper |
How it's done
Rösti
Mix the potatoes, carrots, kohlrabi and onions in a bowl. Add the bacon and salt, mix everything together. Using a tablespoon, create 9 mounds of the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper, flatten slightly.
To bake
Bake for approx. 20 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Remove the rösti from the oven. Cut the cheese into strips and place on top of the rösti. Bake for about another 5 mins.
