Mandarin tiramisu
Ingredients
for 6 glasses
6 | tangerines |
3 tbsp | ground cane sugar |
2 tbsp | orange liqueur (e.g. Grand Marnier) |
100 g | sponge finger |
150 g | cream quark |
250 g | mascarpone |
½ dl | milk |
1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
½ tbsp | cinnamon |
How it's done
Squeeze the juice of 3 mandarins (approx. 100 ml) and mix with the sugar and liqueur. Peel the remaining mandarins, halve them and slice them crosswise.
Divide half the sponge fingers among the glasses Drizzle over half the liquid. Arrange the mandarins on top. Thoroughly mix the quark, Mascarpone and milk.
Spread half of the mixture on top of the mandarins, place the sponge fingers on top, drizzle with the remaining liquid and then cover with the rest of the mixture. Cover and refrigerate for approx. 2 hrs. Mix the cocoa and cinnamon and dust over the tiramisu shortly before serving.
