Diced pork with sesame seeds
Ingredients
for 4 person
| oil for frying | |
| 600 g | pork strips |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 3 | spring onions incl. green parts |
| 1 | red chilli pepper |
| 200 g | bean sprouts |
| 3 tbsp | soy sauce |
| 3 tbsp | water |
| 20 g | sesame seeds |
How it's done
Heat the oil in a wok or a wide-bottomed frying pan. Brown the meat in batches for approx. 4 mins. per batch, remove from the pan, season.
Finely chop the spring onions, slice the green part into rings and set aside. Deseed the chilli pepper and slice it into rings. Heat a little oil in the same pan, stir-fry the spring onions and chilli pepper for approx. 2 mins. Add the soy sauce and water, cover and simmer for approx. 2 mins.
Toast the sesame seeds, add them to the pan along with the reserved onion greens, bean sprouts and meat, mix and heat gently.
Serving suggestion: Basmati or fragrant rice.
