Mustard chicken breasts
Ingredients
for 4 person
4 | chicken breasts |
½ tsp | salt |
100 g | day-old bread, coarsely chopped |
40 g | butter, soft |
1 | garlic clove, squeezed |
1 tbsp | rosemary, finely chopped |
1 tsp | hot paprika |
1 tbsp | coarse-grain mustard |
¼ tsp | salt |
How it's done
Salt the chicken breasts and transfer to an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Using your hands, mix together the bread and all the remaining ingredients until the mixture is crumbly. Divide the mixture onto the chicken breasts. Bake for approx. 25 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C.
