Plum crumble
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 kg | plum, halved, pitted |
| 1 dl | sweet wine (e.g. Moscato) |
| 2 tbsp | cane sugar |
| 100 g | butter, melted |
| 100 g | ground almonds |
| 100 g | almonds, coarsely chopped |
| 3 tbsp | cane sugar |
How it's done
Plums
Mix the plums, wine and sugar, transfer to the prepared tin.
Crumble
Mix the butter, almonds and sugar with a fork until the mixture turns crumbly, spread on top of the plums.
To bake
approx. 20 mins. in the center of an oven preheated to 180°C. remove and allow to cool a little.
