Mascarpone yoghurt crème
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 500 g | plain yoghurt |
| 150 g | mascarpone |
| 2 tbsp | liquid honey |
| 250 g | strawberries |
| 50 g | amaretti |
How it's done
Combine the yoghurt with the Mascarpone and honey and mix well with a whisk. Set aside 4 strawberries for decoration, cut the rest into pieces, mix with the crème. Pour the crème into 4 glasses or small bowls. Crumble the Amaretti and sprinkle it over the crème prior to serving. Cut the 4 strawberries that have been set aside into slices and place on top of the crème.
