Ingredients

for 4 portions

1 tbsp apple vinegar
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tbsp red currant jelly
½  onion, roughly chopped
1 tbsp rosemary, finely chopped

How it's done

Combine the vinegar with all the ingredients up to and including the rosemary, then puree. Marinate your chicken drumsticks or wings.
