Waffle gateau
Ingredients
for 8 person
3 ½ dl | full cream |
100 g | chocolate spread (e.g. Nutella) |
250 g | soft waffles |
2 | bananas, cut into slices approx. 1 cm thick |
½ bag | dark cake icing, melted |
some | chocolate buttons |
some | hundreds & thousands |
How it's done
Whip cream until almost stiff, fold in Nutella.
Place two waffles on a plate. Spread 1/4 of the mousse and banana slices on top, repeat the process until all of the waffles have been used. Top with the remaining mousse and banana slices, refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
Pour the icing over the waffle gateau and decorate with Smarties and sprinkles.
