Ingredients

for 4 person

Dressing
1 tsp mustard
4 tbsp olive oil
3 ½ tbsp red wine vinegar
garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp salt
a little  pepper
1 bunch basil, roughly chopped
Salad
red onion, sliced
cucumber, halved lengthwise, deseeded, sliced
tomatoes, cut into segments
yellow peppers, cut into strips
200 g feta, cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes
40 g black olives
Croutons
200 g baguettes parisette, cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes
½ tbsp olive oil

How it's done

Dressing

Combine the mustard, vinegar and oil, add the garlic, season. Add the basil.

Salad

Add the onion and all the other ingredients up to and including the olives, mix.

Croutons

Toast the bread in hot oil for approx. 5 mins. until light brown. Scatter some of the croutons over the salad, serve the rest with the dish.
