Greek salad
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 1 tsp | mustard |
| 4 tbsp | olive oil |
| 3 ½ tbsp | red wine vinegar |
| 2 | garlic cloves, pressed |
| 1 tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 1 bunch | basil, roughly chopped |
| 1 | red onion, sliced |
| 1 | cucumber, halved lengthwise, deseeded, sliced |
| 4 | tomatoes, cut into segments |
| 2 | yellow peppers, cut into strips |
| 200 g | feta, cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes |
| 40 g | black olives |
| 200 g | baguettes parisette, cut into approx. 1.5 cm cubes |
| ½ tbsp | olive oil |
How it's done
Dressing
Combine the mustard, vinegar and oil, add the garlic, season. Add the basil.
Salad
Add the onion and all the other ingredients up to and including the olives, mix.
Croutons
Toast the bread in hot oil for approx. 5 mins. until light brown. Scatter some of the croutons over the salad, serve the rest with the dish.
