Spicy beef salad with radish

Ingredients

for 4 person

Meat
500 g beef rump, one whole piece
red chilli
garlic clove
1 dl lime juice
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp dark sesame oil
  oil, for frying
Radishes
2 bunch radishes
½ bunch flat-leaf parsley
  salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce
head lettuce with hearts

How it's done

Meat

Cut the meat into strips approx. 5 mm wide, deseed the chilli pepper, finely chop, crush the garlic. Mix the lime juice with the soy sauce, chilli pepper, garlic and sesame oil. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the meat in batches for approx. 2 mins., mix with the sauce, leave to cool completely.

Radishes

Dice the radish, roughly chop the parsley, add both to the meat, season.

Lettuce

Break the individual leaves off the lettuce, arrange on plates and place the salad on top.
