Mixed spices with apricots
Ingredients
for 20 portions
| 100 g | coarse sea salt |
| 50 g | soft dried apricot (sour), roughly chopped |
| 30 g | coarse cane sugar |
| 2 tbsp | dried rosemary |
| 2 tsp | garlic powder |
| 1 tsp | chilli powder |
| 1 tsp | mild curry powder |
How it's done
Apricots & spice mixture
Mix all the ingredients, roughly grind in a food processor and spread over an oven tray lined with baking paper.
Bake & dry
for approx. 10 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 150°C. Remove the spice mix, allow to cool completely, spoon into the jars and seal well.
