Chocolate fudge ice-cream

Ingredients

for 8 portions

500 g sweetened condensed milk
2 dl milk
2 ¼ dl full cream
1 pinch salt
200 g dark chocolate, broken into pieces

How it's done

Bring the condensed milk, milk and cream to the boil with the salt. Remove the pan from the heat, add the chocolate and stir until melted. Pour the mixture into a stainless steel bowl and leave to cool.

Cover and freeze for at least 6 hrs. Transfer the ice cream to the fridge approx. 30 mins. prior to serving.
