Veggie stroganoff
Ingredients
for 4 person
| 400 g | Délicorn Geschnetzeltes |
| 1 tbsp | olive oil |
| 1 tbsp | mild paprika |
| 1 | red pepper |
| 100 g | cornichons |
| 100 g | mushrooms |
| ½ bunch | thyme |
| 2 dl | single cream |
| 1 dl | milk |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
How it's done
Sauté the Délicorn strips in hot oil for approx. 2 mins., remove and season with paprika. Cut the pepper into strips, slice the gherkins, quarter the mushrooms and sauté in the same pan with the thyme for approx. 3 mins. Add the single cream and milk, bring to the boil, then simmer for approx. 3 mins. Return the Délicorn strips to the pan, heat gently and season.
