Club steak with grilled tomato and rocket & mustard butter

Ingredients

for 2 person

Rocket & mustard butter
½  garlic clove, squeezed
10 g rocket, finely chopped
3 tbsp butter, soft
1 tbsp mustard
½  lime, use only 1/2 tbsp of juice
1 pinch salt
a little  pepper
beef tomatoes, cut in half
500 g Fine Food Angus Clubsteak
½ tsp salt
a little  pepper
a little  peanut oil

How it's done

Rocket & mustard butter

Mix all the ingredients together.

Brush the tomatoes with the butter and individually wrap them in foil.

Grill for approx. 10 mins. on a high heat or bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Season the meat. Brush the griddle with oil, heat up. Grill the steak for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
