Club steak with grilled tomato and rocket & mustard butter
Ingredients
for 2 person
| ½ | garlic clove, squeezed |
| 10 g | rocket, finely chopped |
| 3 tbsp | butter, soft |
| 1 tbsp | mustard |
| ½ | lime, use only 1/2 tbsp of juice |
| 1 pinch | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| 2 | beef tomatoes, cut in half |
| 500 g | Fine Food Angus Clubsteak |
| ½ tsp | salt |
| a little | pepper |
| a little | peanut oil |
How it's done
Rocket & mustard butter
Mix all the ingredients together.
Brush the tomatoes with the butter and individually wrap them in foil.
Grill for approx. 10 mins. on a high heat or bake for approx. 15 mins. in the centre of an oven preheated to 200°C. Season the meat. Brush the griddle with oil, heat up. Grill the steak for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
