Pomegranate syrup

2 dl pomegranate juice
2 tbsp sugar

Mule

ice cube
2 dl vodka
6 dl ginger beer
2 limes, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, juice of 1 lime, rest cut into slices

Pomegranate syrup

Pour the pomegranate juice and sugar into a pan, reduce to half the amount, leave to cool.

Mule

Fill the glasses with ice cubes, pour the vodka and pomegranate syrup over the top. Pour in the ginger beer and lime juice, garnish with the slices of lime.

Good to know
Tip: Top with pomegranate seeds.
