2 tsp ginger syrup
8 dl Spritzer (e.g. pink grapefruit spritzer)
2 dl tonic water (e.g. Fever-Tree Tonic Water)
4 sprigs rosemary, bent several times
¼ pink grapefruit, rinsed with hot water, dabbed dry, cut into wedges

Divide the ice cubes and syrup between the glasses. Pour the grapefruit spritzer and tonic over the top, garnish with rosemary and slices of grapefruit.

Tip: Enhance with 0.5 dl Cointreau or Grand Marnier.
