Vegetables

300 g carrots
250 g mushrooms
4 cervelat sausages

One-pot pasta

350 g pasta (e.g. macaroni)
1 tin corn kernels
1 tin chopped tomatoes
7 dl meat bouillon
a little pepper

To serve

2 sprigs parsley
2 dl sour single cream
80 g grated Gruyère

Vegetables

<kids> Peel the carrots </kids>, cut into thin slices. Quarter the mushrooms. <kids> Peel the sausages and cut in half lengthwise, cut into slices. </kids>

One-pot pasta

<kids>Place the pasta, carrots, mushrooms and sausages in a large pan. Rinse the sweetcorn, drain, add to the pan along with the tomatoes. Pour in the stock, mix, </kids> bring to the boil. Cover and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente, season.

To serve

Finely chop the parsley, <kids> add the parsley, sour single cream and cheese to the pasta, </kids> mix.
