How it's done
Boil the potatoes, uncovered, in salted water for approx. 15 mins. until soft. Remove, allow to cool slightly, cut in half, mix with oil and salt.
Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the squid tentacles all over for approx. 10 mins., remove. Cut into approx. 2 cm pieces, mix with oil, paprika and salt. Using toothpicks, stick the squid pieces and parsley into the potatoes.
