300g baby potatoes
salted water, boiling
1tbsp olive oil
2pinches salt


½tbsp olive oil
250g squid tentacles, par-cooked (pre-ordered at the fish counter)
1tbsp olive oil
¼tsp hot paprika
¼tsp salt
½bunch flat-leaf parsley, leaves torn off

How it's done


Boil the potatoes, uncovered, in salted water for approx. 15 mins. until soft. Remove, allow to cool slightly, cut in half, mix with oil and salt.


Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry the squid tentacles all over for approx. 10 mins., remove. Cut into approx. 2 cm pieces, mix with oil, paprika and salt. Using toothpicks, stick the squid pieces and parsley into the potatoes.
