Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

250g plums, halved

Plum-meringue bowl

120g meringue nests, crumbled
2balls walnut ice cream

How it's done

Charcoal/gas/electric grill:

Cover and grill the plums on a medium heat/on the middle level (approx. 200°C) for approx. 5 mins. all over. Allow the fruit to cool slightly.

Plum-meringue bowl

Distribute the meringue in bowls, place plums and ice cream on top.

Tip: Substitute sliced melon for plums.
