Blackcurrants

3tbsp dried blackcurrants
4tbsp water

Figs

100g cream cheese (e.g. Boursin)
1tsp salt
8 figs, cut a cross in the top of each fig
½tbsp olive oil
Purchase ingredients now

How it's done

Blackcurrants

Cover and soak the blackcurrants in water for approx. 4 hrs.

Figs

Puree the cheese, blackcurrants and salt, use to stuff the figs. Drizzle with oil.

To bake

Approx. 10 mins. in the upper half of an oven preheated to 200°C (top heat).
