2 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 28 cm in diameter)
200g double cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
300g Blaue St. Galler potatoes (blue potatoes), cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick
1 red onion, cut into rings
150g soft goats' cheese


40g leaf spinach

How it's done


Place the dough with the baking paper on 2 oven trays, top with the cream cheese, then the potatoes and onions. Scatter the soft goats' cheese on top.


Each tray for approx. 16 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C. Scatter the spinach on top.
