1 pizza dough, rolled into a circle (approx. 28 cm in diameter)
100g double cream cheese (e.g. Philadelphia)
200g ProSpecieRara Blaue St.Galler Kartoffeln, cut into slices approx. 2 mm thick
1 red onion, cut into rings
75g soft goats' cheese

Bake

20g leaf spinach

How it's done

Pizza

Place the dough with the baking paper on 2 oven trays, top with the cream cheese, then the potatoes and onions. Scatter the soft goats' cheese on top.

Bake

Each tray for approx. 16 mins. on the bottom shelf of an oven preheated to 240°C. Scatter the spinach on top.
