How it's done
Place the mince in a bowl along with all the other ingredients up to and including the coconut flakes, season. Mix well until the ingredients form a compact mass. With wet hands, shape the mixture into 4 burgers.
Charcoal/gas/electric grill: Grill the burgers over/on a medium heat (approx. 200 °C for approx. 6 mins. on each side.
|Tip:||Press down onto the raw burgers with your thumbs to make a cavity. This prevents the patties from arching while being grilled.|
