100g dark chocolate (e.g. BB baking chocolate)
120g fine whole-grain rolled oats
2tsp cinnamon
150g peanut butter (Creamy)
60g cane sugar
50g Betty Bossi Backmehl
1 egg, beaten
1tbsp liquid honey
2pinches salt

How it's done

Roughly chop the chocolate, mix with the oat flakes, cinnamon, peanut butter and sugar.

Stir in the flour, egg, honey and salt, mix together. Using a tablespoon, create 12 mounds on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving plenty of room between each cookie, flatten slightly.

Bake for approx. 10 mins. in a (convection) oven preheated to 220°C. Remove from the oven, allow to cool on a cooling rack.
